Roy's Orchard This production site was discovered in the 1960s during the replanting of fruit trees. One planting encroached onto part of the stoking pit of a kiln. Pipes and other kiln waste thrown up by the excavation added to local lore but was not reported outside the parish. It was not until 1995 that further investigation of this site began.
